STRATEGIC LS Solutions focuses on five stages of the Strategic Planning process, including goal setting, analysis, strategy formation, strategy implementation, and strategy monitoring.
We will use a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) or gap analysis to identify the underlying factors driving your current performance. The strategic planning process culminates in developing a strategic plan document that serves as the organization’s collective roadmap.
We partner with our clients to plan and outline measurable goals and teach them how to evaluate progress and adjust the organization’s direction to a changing environment.

LS Solutions offers program and project management services to our clients. We use best practices for Project Management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies heavily influenced by Project Management Institute principles. As a consulting partner, we will help you put the pieces together and deliver projects on-time and on-budget with superior stakeholder satisfaction.
We can assist organizations in Program Management Office (PMO) implementations with developing tools, templates, processes, training, and plan to create the desired project culture. We also offer project portfolio management, including project prioritization communicating key project performance indicators, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. We are dedicated to the principle of relationship-based project management. We enter each engagement with a desire to understand our client from both a needs and cultural perspective.

LS Solutions conducted a fit/gap analysis of several Content Management Systems by interviewing major stakeholders and creating requirements, conducting market research on several CMS solution options, and developed a summary recommendation based on the research for a higher education institution.
LS Solutions assisted leadership with quarterly and annual strategic planning for a major non-profit foundation. We helped to set project priorities, and focused on needed resources; both human and capital.
LS Solutions partnered with the Finance Department for a major non-profit foundation to implemented a new ADP automated time and attendance system which replaced an older manual system.
The new system requires exempt and non-exempt employees to enter and certify their time when away from the office.
LS Solutions delivered a new enhanced intranet for a major non-profit foundation that is a “One-Stop-Shop” digital platform that enhanced staff experience using an intuitive, reliable and easy-to-use tool.
The new tool allows staff to reach applications used on a daily basis right from the new Intranet.
